What is Soft Play?Soft Play is a fun and safe play area for children 0 to 5 years old. It's made of foam and soft surfaces that allow children to crawl, climb, ride and explore safely while playing. Soft Play improves fine and gross motor skills. It includes ball pits, climbers, animal bouncers and more.

How often do you clean/inspect the equipment?The health and safety of our customers are our main priorities. For that reason, our equipment is inspected after every rental. We thoroughly sanitize, disinfect and wipe each piece including each ball pit balls, floor mats, and fence. We use environmentally friendly and fragrance-free products which kills 99.9% of harmful bacteria, viruses, mold, etc.

What happens if damage occurs to the equipment?Any damaged or stolen equipment will be charged at the replacement cost specified on Appendix C of the rental agreement, and will be due of payment immediately.

Where can you set-up the equipment?We can set-up the equipment indoor or outdoor (on leveled surfaces and shaded areas) weather permitting. It is your responsibility to ensure there is the minimum space required for the set-up. Please take into consideration the following requirements for outdoor set-ups: Approved surfaces: grass, concrete, tile, pavement, turf. Prohibited areas: sand, gravel, mud, wild, uneven surface. Weather conditions: we do not set up outdoor if there is rain in the forecast A shaded area must be available for all outdoor set-ups; the equipment can get very hot in the sun.

How do I book?To make a reservation, please visit our Reservation page and submit the form. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability, pricing, and delivery fees. (If you don't hear from us, please check your spam folder). We will also attach the rental agreement and liability waiver that has to be signed and returned to us. To secure the reservation, a deposit of 30% of the rental fee is required. It can be paid via e-transfer or credit card. If you have questions, you can contact us by phone or email.

How long is my rental for?Price is for all day rental, we do not charge per hour. Our fees are for the duration of your event. We will arrive approximately 1 hour before your event starts to set-up the equipment, and we will pick it up once your event finishes, it will take approximately 1 hour for take-down. For pick-up after 6pm, a late collection fee will be applied. We will not pick-up past 10pm.

Are there set-up conditions?We can set-up indoor and outdoor, however depending on the forecast we advise you to have a back-up indoor location. We do not set-up outdoor if there is rain in the forecast. All set-ups must be on flat, dry, clean, and safe surface. We cannot set-up in damp/rainy weather because it will make things slippery and safety is our priority. A shaded area must be available for all outdoor set-ups; the equipment can get very hot in the sun.

What are your rules?The equipment is intended for children 5 years or under. Adult supervision is required at all times. Shoes cannot be worn while using the equipment. Food and drinks, in any form, is prohibited when using the equipment. Running, shoving, diving or any other violent action is prohibited during the use of the equipment. The equipment should not be moved once installed. It is forbidden to use paint, glitter, markers, or any other product that may stain and/or damage the equipment. Sharp objects that could damage the equipment should not be present in the playground. It is forbidden to empty the ball pits.

How far in advance should I make a reservation?We encourage you to book at least 4-6 weeks in advance to secure the date. We will do our best to accommodate last minute requests.

Do your prices include set-up?Yes, set-up and take down is included.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept e-transfer and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

Is there a security deposit?To ensure protection of the equipment, a security deposit of CAD$100 is required at the time of delivery. The deposit will be refunded at the time of pick-up of the equipment, after verification of damages/loss. In the event of minor damages to the equipment, the deposit will be retained.

What if I need to change my booking date?You can change your date without penalty up to a 48-hours before the event. The rental date may be postponed to another date, depending on our availability.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?The deposit is refundable for cancellations made 48 hours before the pre-arranged delivery date only.

What is your policy in the event of rain or inclement weather?In the event of rain or inclement weather, you may decide to use the equipment indoors or postpone the rental date, depending on our availability.

Is there a delivery fee?Yes, the delivery fee depends on the location within Ottawa and surrounding areas (Kanata, Orleans, Hull, etc); up to a maximum rate of $50.
