The health and safety of our customers are our main priorities. For that reason, our equipment is inspected after every rental. We thoroughly sanitize, disinfect and wipe each piece including each ball pit balls, floor mats, and fence. We use environmentally friendly and fragrance-free products which kills 99.9% of harmful bacteria, viruses, mold, etc.
We can set-up the equipment indoor or outdoor (on leveled surfaces and shaded areas) weather permitting. It is your responsibility to ensure there is the minimum space required for the set-up. Please take into consideration the following requirements for outdoor set-ups:
Approved surfaces: grass, concrete, tile, pavement, turf.
Prohibited areas: sand, gravel, mud, wild, uneven surface.
Weather conditions: we do not set up outdoor if there is rain in the forecast
A shaded area must be available for all outdoor set-ups; the equipment can get very hot in the sun.
